I'm way ahead of my training for this time last year. I'm already bumping up to my early January weight. It just shows that a little work you can achieve anything.

My training this past weekend consisted of thirds at Thanksgiving, about 15 cookies, piles of m&ms, ample amounts of coffee, and let's not forget nice big chunks of pie.

It was some beautiful weather for jamming calories into the pie hole.
